Payment.
We accept most credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Switch, and Delta. We operate a sophisticated on-line processing system via Windcave. Please be assured that Windcave offer a highly secure processing of your payment. At no time are your details held in clear text on any website, and no one sees your credit card number.
Delivery
For orders containing only items listed as 'In Stock', we aim to dispatch orders by the end of the next working day at the latest. If your order contains items that are temporarily out of stock, we will back order them for you, and will dispatch your order once all items are in stock. If it will take us longer than five working days to dispatch your order, we will contact you to give you an expected timescale or the option to cancel your order or the part of the order that cannot be fulfilled at present if you would rather not wait.
Pre-Orders
It is possible to pre-order new releases on our website. Payment for the item will be taken at the time of the order. Pre-ordered items will be dispatched to you on the day we receive them from our distributor. Pre-orders can be cancelled at any time up to 2 weeks before the listed release date, at which point you will receive a full refund less a 50p processing fee. Pre-orders cancelled less than 2 weeks before the listed release date will receive a full refund less a 10% processing fee.
Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we guarantee to exchange any goods or refund the cost of the item, provided you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Before returning unsatisfactory goods please contact us for a returns number.
PLEASE NOTE: Eclectic Games is not responsible for costs incurred in supplying or returning correctly supplied and undamaged goods, and we reserve the right to charge a handling fee of up to 25% of the value of the goods. We recommend that returned items are sent by Recorded Delivery (or an alternative trackable delivery option), as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. In the case of wrongly supplied or damaged goods we will refund your postage costs.
Eclectic Games reserves the right to alter or amend the specifications and/or prices of the products offered for sale, or withdraw them completely without prior notice.
Our Guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
Pre-registration for Events
It is possible to pre-register and pay for your attendance at tournaments held at eclectic games via our website. Pre-registration guarantees you a place in the tournament provided you arrive by the listed start time for the tournament. If you arrive late, then your participation is at the discretion of the tournament organiser.
Pre-registrations can be cancelled at any time up to 1 working day before the tournament by contacting eclectic games either by phone or email. If you cancel your attendance up to 5 working days before the tournament, you will receive a full refund of your entrance fee, less a 50p processing fee. If you cancel your attendance less than 5 working days before the event, you will receive a refund of 75% of your entrance fee. If you do not cancel your pre-registration and do not attend, you will not be entitled to a refund.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms above. Your statutory rights are not affected.
